So this while fitness thing actually started at my work...
Some of the women at my work started an In-office rendition of the Biggest Loser to try and motivate some of us to lose weight and get fit.
It was voluntary of course and no one specific was targeted.
So a few of us signed up and I thought it would be fun.
So after received a eating plan and combining it with my own gym programme I started my training and for the first time ever actually made a full blown lifestyle change.
See before this I had never actually been on a diet or anything.
Oh I had started many but never followed through and always fell of the bus.
Truth be told in April of thiss year I weighed in at 87kgs and I was wearing a size 16 pants.
It wasn't great.
So I started gyming but didn't change my eating habits.
The office competition started in September and I weighed in at 82.9kgs.
Which means between April and September (5months) I only lost 4.1kgs.
That is painfully slow.
So of course I was excited to see what the eating plan would bring along with the exercise.
Needless to say we are now into November and I am proud to say that I weigh 73kgs and wear a size 10 pants.
So in 2 months I dropped nearly 10kgs!
I couldn't believe it.
But of course I want to lose more.
And these last 13kgs are proving to be stubborn.
I want to be down to my goal weight of 60kgs, toned and lean and fit.
So I've decided to change things up a bit.
I am chainging my programme and adding a few things.
AND
I am posting my findings online.
I will try to blog as much as possible and write out tips and tricks I've learnt along the way.
Wish me luck!
